Three elective operating lists per week (primary and revision hip).

• One weekly hip clinic focused on complex cases and regional referrals.

• Variable trauma operating exposure.

• 1 in 7 non-resident on-call (non–Major Trauma).

• Lead the hip MDT, including case coordination and follow-up actions.

• Manage and accept regional referrals into the hip service.

• Suitable for surgeons with FRCS (Tr&Orth) or equivalent.

• Excellent training in hip arthroplasty and revision surgery, with opportunities for teaching, audit, and research.

• Ideal preparation for a consultant career in hip surgery.
